Today, V is 8 months and 2 weeks old. I think it was the best day of her life for me. She took two naps, 1.5hr, and 1.25hr each without crying, nursed well 4 times, tried new foods, and went down for the night sleep without a single cry.
It's a major accomplishment in my book... even the fact that we got away with 4 feedings of nursing is a miracle I couldn't have dared hoped for months ago.
She's also babbling more, and saying random sounds with different tones to them. She's standing when no one's looking, and knows exactly what she wants.
